Not worth it

The web page i ordered from said UK so I thought ordering on the 7th December items would arrive before the 19th when i was to travel to europe to visit family for Xmas, but the items did not arrive until the 21st December by which time it was too late and they were left on my doorstep by courier. I paid extra for priority shipping but that seemed to be a waste of money also. I returned on the 20th december and picked up the gifts from a relitive who removed them from my doorstep while i was away and after opening the packaging found one of the so called luxury boxes was chipped and that just added to the bad experience from start to finish. First and last time you will be getting my money for sure, also no replies to my e-mails i have sent.

Delivery times not as stated , ordered 3 items 2 are correct in mahogany led boxes but the daughter necklace is in a white cardboard box and not in a mahogany box as ordered therefore my daughter will feel left out as it's to late for christmas not good 😐

The receivable of the products

The product I received is not what I ordered. I ordered the gold version. I got the silver version head a big knot in it like there was no care in the product. It’s flimsy and it’s no way near worth the money I paid for it. I will be requesting a complete refund on this product. I ordered from you because this was supposed to be my daughter’s graduation gift. And the box was damaged on arrival.
