While the personalised bracelet was very nice I was a bit disappointed that I accidentally ordered a plain bracelet and wanted to return it ,the return address on the package was in England but I was told I would have ro send it to Australia which would have cost me a fortune so I have had to keep the second one which I did want but that's how it is

Bought for my only son who lives in Australia. I know it will make him smile through tears

The bracelets I ordered for my 2 grandsons are lovely. I thought a little card would be sent with each. I found the website a bit confusing. However, having written to customer services, they sent me the cards, as a goodwill gesture. Thank you.
