Highs and Lows Ring

Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, been wearing them 3 days since Christmas and they make your skin turn green, don't get me wrong pretty designs but could have got them the same delivered from UK

I purchased a ring for my daughter, only a few hours after I knew I had made the wrong choice so emailed straight away to ask for a refund. I was told this was not possible and to send the ring back when I received it. I would have to pay for return postage. The ring came and it looked in my opinion cheap, my daughter would not wear the ring. So I sent another email saying that they needed photographs of the ring, I sent them photographs. When the ring came their was no receipt or correspondence at all. All the information I had was the address on the packaging that the ring was sent from. So of course that is where I sent it back to. I emailed Ellie Grace and told them the ring was now on its way back, and asked that once they recieved it could they confirm delivery and send me my refund. Now, I have had another email saying should of sent the ring back to Australia!!? I looked at every correspondence I had from Ellie Grace, at no time was a return address in Australia mentioned. Their is no address on any of their emails. I checked their refund policy too, again no mention of an address in Australia. I have followed to the letter everything they have asked me to do. Im waiting for yet another reply to an email I have sent back to them. My personal opinion is I have no idea at all why Ellie Grace are making it so very difficult for me to get a refund, my legal rights! So go ahead and order if you want but if you are not satisfied and request a refund, be prepared!
